    Mastery Level 6 or higher.
    Equip Standless.

Once you've met these conditions, you're ready to begin the Black Silence Quest to unlock Roland.

Steps to Complete the Black Silence Quest:

    Find Olivier in the Dark Alley:
        Search for Olivier in the Dark Alley (coordinates aren’t provided).
        He'll ask you to collect a Black Mask, which drops randomly in 10+ player lobbies. After obtaining it, return it to Olivier, who will transform it into the Perception Blocking Mask.

    Head to the Unrented Office:
        Find Harold behind the counter and complete two tasks: Deal 500 Standless damage and kill 10 players. Once done, return to Harold for a Smoldering Fragment.

    Librarian’s Errand:
        Find Amm outside the Cafe. She’ll give you a sequence of colors and numbers: Red, Green, Blue, White, Orange, and Purple. Each color corresponds to a location where you'll find a number:
            Red: Heaven Obtainment Place
            Green: Next to Geto’s NPC Spawn
            Blue: Ruined City
            White: Hueco Mundo's right side
            Orange: Library’s back plant
            Purple: Left side of the Holy Grail in Hall of Heroes
        Find the numbers in the correct sequence and interact with the bookshelves in the Library in that order. Finally, input the code on the laptop.

    Defeat Nine Bosses:
        The last step is the toughest. Defeat nine bosses and obtain their weapons. Once you have them, return to Olivier to complete the Black Silence Quest and unlock Roland.

Final Note: The boss grind is the most difficult part, but it's necessary to obtain Roland. Rumors suggest a second method may be added in the future, but for now, this is the only way to unlock Roland in Sakura Stand.
