100 watts 5 channel receiver and 7.1 audio processor made by Rotel.  It inherents three separate components: amplifier, preamplifier (processor), and tuner into a single box.  Despite those compromises, it is a find unit that offers excellent sound quality and extreme flexibility in a comparatively modest price.  A very musical receiver; good for home theater and 2 channel.
