Born out of New York jazz clubs in prohibition and nurtured by Continental high society, the original supper clubs were social traditions - underground entertainment destinations that coupled fine dining with music and live performances in secret, roving premises. 

Exclusive to the cream of west coast society, guests were invited to join in the reincarnation of an underground custom as a carnival for the senses.
