I've known EC for a long time.  Years ago, we did an AUDIO VISIT on EC's audio system.  It was with his older system.  Since then, EC has upgraded many of his components, including the speakers, CD player, preamp, tonearm, cartridge, power supply, etc.  So we thought it would be nice to visit again and see what his current is like:

"The sound is now more “real” than with our previous speakers, albeit less euphoric; also, the soundstage is much faster, deeper, better focused and more nuances in the music are now audible. Pretty much everything you said before when I asked you. Your critique on the previous speakers versus Dynaudio C4 is spot-on correct !!!

I never thought the Dynaudio, with only 8” woofers, could generate so much bass...... and quality, fast and detailed bass as well. never thought it would be possible..... but now, I owned the speakers and could attest to this. A really rare phenomenon in my 40 years of audiophile auditioning. I should never presume based on biases. You told me about the bass from the Dynaudio speakers before..... but I was quite apprehensive..... but purchased them anyway based on my trust in your expertise in audio and honesty....... Now, I know you have been more than honest in your previous assessments. Than you Messr. Ku, Sir.

One more, many thanks. We (even Lisa) are very much happy with the upgrade, and most appreciative of your help in the endeavour. a big THANK YOU. The C4 has excellent WAF (wife acceptance factor); owing to its gorgeous finishing, color, etc. If you want to take some photos in my home for a “Audio Visit” report, I would gratefully obliged. as my depositions would probably help your sales efforts on the higher Dynaudio models like the C4, Evidence series, etc. Just trying to find ways to return your favours over the years."
