The Audez'e LCD-2 was the most popular headphone at the meet, we had three pairs.  The LCD-2 has excellent midrange, it will immediately capture listen's attention with a bit of warm and mellow kind of musical presentation. 

On the other hand, the LCD-2's big rival, Hifiman HE-6 sounds very transparent.  It has excellent dynamics with possibilly the best and smoothest treble I've heard.   It is indeed very difficult to choose between these two planars. 

Listening to the STAX was a pleasant experience.  Whether the portable SR-001, or the famous 007 and 009; they all share STAX's signature sound.  It has the natural richness with an analog-like emotion.  One of the attendee told me that listening to STAX and other headphones is like listening to analog and digital.  The sound of STAX is very seductive and organic.  It was hard to forget.

We especially want to thank Victor for organizing this meet.  It was a real pleasure to meet more headphone audiophiles, and share our musical passion.  We look forward to our next meet.
