Gold plated plugs, gold plated faceplate, what about gold plated the whole amplifier?  I spotted this amplifier, and I simply loved it.  Unfortunately, I didn't write down its name, but we may be seeing more of this in the future.

Well, if you don’t believe me.  What about a speakers finished with real gold leaf?  We have customers who ordered the popular Diablo Utopia in piano black, Ferrari red, White and even Lamborghini orange before.  But this year, Focal is featuring Diablo (limited edition, I hope) in real gold leaf finish.  I dare not ask the price, but it looks artistic and “rich”.

Speakers, I notice, are getting fancier and fancier with color.  I’m really surprised and happy to see the change of Tannoy, when I spotted the Kingdom Royal in big red suit.  I think it’s about time for this traditional, and great speaker company to catch up with today’s market.  Kudos to Tannoy !
