In his review, there is a little interview with Hervé Delétraz, and I simply love how Herve explains and thinks: "audiophiles would love to buy an amp that they will still love ten years later".

To me, this is what hi-end audio is about - a testament of time.  This is what defines the hi-end audio from oridinary audio.
