Description:
The VK-D5 has been among the best CD player with tubed output stage since it's introduction almost 10 years ago. This is the original version with 20-bit chipsets. Two DAC chips per channel for fully differential DA conversion, the tubed output stage is a fully balanced design too. It uses 6x 6922; which many tube rollers prefer. 6922 are easier to source and can be swapped according to personal favor. |
